18th Wing leader receives flu shot

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. James Hecker, 18th Wing commander, gets a nasal flu vaccine at the 18th Wing headquarters building on Kadena Air Base, Japan, Aug. 27, 2013. It is mandatory for active duty service members and also family members and civilians to get their annual flu shot at the 18th Medical Group clinic facility throughout December from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, call the immunizations clinic at 630-4415.
