U.S. Air Force Col. Kathleen Weatherspoon, 18th Force Support Squadron commander, passes the guidon to Capt. Adam L. Baker, Detachment 1, 18th Force Support Squadron commander, during his change of command ceremony at the Okuma Recreation Facility on Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 8, 2014. Baker is taking command of nine military personnel from five different Air Force career fields, three U.S. civilians and over 100 local nationals from eight diverse activities, while controlling a $750,000 operating budget and capital assets.
