The Okuma Recreation Facility is a 135-acre outdoor recreation area hosting more than 80,000 joint service and Department of Defense civilian guests annually. Tarantino leads nine military personnel from five different Air Force Specialty Codes, three U.S. civilians and more than 100 local nationals across eight diverse activities, controlling a $750,000 operating budget and capital assets.
