U.S. Marines stationed in Okinawa load their magazines for the Competition in Arms Program (CIAP) on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec 14, 2016. The purpose of the CIAP is to enhance the marksmanship, proficiency, and combat readiness of the Marine Corps by developing and maintaining a population base of Marines with high skills in rifle and pistol marksmanship.
