Having a baby? Then it’s time to set up birth plan
Are you ready to start planning for your baby’s birth by building a birth plan? A birth plan is a written statement sharing your personal labor preferences with your medical team.
Japan Birth Resource Network’s first birth talk of the year will be held Saturday, January 23 at 1030 at Okinawa Kadena USO large meeting hall. This birth talk will discuss some of the in’s and out’s of when it comes to planning for your birth, having a baby at the base hospital and utilizing your birth plan. It will also include information pertaining to VBAC’s (vaginal birth after cesarean) and cesarean birth preparation.
What: Building a Birth Plan. This free event will be held, Saturday, January 23 at 10:30am at the USO. Moms and partners welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
