Established in 2010, this brewery currently produces ale, dark ale and weizen along with flavored ales.
“Our Coral Ale is brewed with the deep waters off Miyakojima Island, which contains lots of minerals, just like in Barton, England, where the ale we brew originated,” says Masanori Takahashi. “We focus more on aroma than hoppiness. Our Coral Dark is a dark ale with a blend of bitter and roasted malt flavors, and the aroma and sweet taste of brown sugar.”

Ishigakijima Beer was established in 1997 as “Japan’s south-end brewery.”
“Ishigakijima Beer” is a top-fermented weizen beer, which has golden color with a natural sweetness and fruity aroma produced by live yeast. We focus more on the flavor of wheat malts, than aroma and bitterness. Marine Beer is a smooth beer with less aroma and bitterness of hop. Black Beer is a dry, lager type of beer with a profound aroma of roasted malts. We don’t filter out the yeast.”
