Umi budou and tuna rolls

Ingredients [ 4 rolls ]

A
・sushi rice/rice(3 cups white)
・kombu seaweed(10cm)
・rice vinegar(5 tbsp)
・sugar(3 tbsp) ・salt(1 1/2 tsp)

B
・toppings/tuna(300g)
・Umi budou to taste ・cucumber(1)
・shiso/perilla(10 leaves)
・avocado(1)
・white radish sprouts(1bunch )
・nori seaweed (8 sheets)
・Mayonnaise and soy sauce to taste

C
・fried eggs/eggs(2)
・cooking sake(2tsp)
・sugar(2tsp) ・Salt to taste

Direction

1. Wash rice thoroughly and soak in water for 30 minutes. Cook rice with kombu seaweed.
2. Put rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Let cool.
3. Combine ingredients C and make omelet. Let cool and cut into strips. Cut cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
4. Sprinkle mixture 2 over freshly cooked rice and mix well. Fan the rice to cool while mixing.
5. Place the rice, shiso and your choice of toppings on a sheet of nori and roll. Serve with mayonnaise and soy sauce.
