Jesula Jeanlouis, combat photographer, assigned temporary additional duty to Provost Marshal’s Office, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, participates in Oleoresin Capsaicin (OC) spray as part of a Security Augmentation Force (SAF) qualification event on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, April 14, 2017.
