(Center) Tech. Sgt. Tijuana S. Perry, 320th Special Tactics Squadron NCO in charge of Aviation Resource Management, is selected as Kadena's April 2014 Chief's Choice Award recipient. Among her accomplishments, Perry helped her squadron through an inspector general inspection, was the lead Sexual Assault Prevention and Response facilitator for her squadron during the 18th Wing's SAPR Down Day, and coached youth cheerleading. Each month, the Kadena Chiefs' Group recognizes individuals for outstanding professionalism, customs, courtesies, bearing, and or civic contributions to Team Kadena. By publicly recognizing these core leadership and followership attributes the Chiefs' Group reinforces the intrinsic value these attributes possess.
