Camp Kinser Marines, local residents hang carps streamers

URASOE, OKINAWA, Japan— Lance Cpl. Daron Bush Jr.helps tie carp streamers to a rope April 16 near Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The streamers, or koinobori, are hung in preparation for Boys Day May 5. During Boys Day, residents wish for the health and success of their boys. Bush is a construction wireman with Headquarters Regiment, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
