OKINAWA, Japan (June 27, 2019) Lt. Cmdr. David Carlson (left), chaplain of Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO), provides simulated emergency family assistance to Sailors assigned to CFAO as part of an established Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) during Citadel Pacific 2019. Citadel Pacific 2019 is an exercise designed to enhance training, readiness and the capability of Navy Security Forces to respond to threats to Navy Installations.
