Among public lottery shops throughout the nation, the Nishi Ginza Chance Center near JR Yurakucho Station in Tokyo is one of the most popular shops. Its left-most “Counter One” has produced 490 first-prize winners, 78.3 billion yen of winnings over the last 30 years and is considered a sanctuary for lottery enthusiasts.
