Did you know?: Okinawa, holds Taco Rice record

On November 14, 2010, a taco rice big enough to feed 2,000 people was made in Kin Town, Okinawa, the birthplace of the comfort food. A total of 2,100 people gathered to make this giant taco rice, which was 39 feet in length, 5.9 feet in width, and weighed 1,645 pounds. It was officially certified by the Guinness World Records as the biggest taco rice in the world.
