Head to temporary theme park May 4-5 on Okinawa

Every Children’s Day (which falls on May 5 this year), a special theme park surfaces near Camp Foster and Kadena Air Base to entertain and celebrate the kids of the island.

From May 1 through 5, “Kids Festival Adventure World” will bring inflatable bounce houses, trampolines, water sliders, snow attractions, go-kart rides, and interactions with puppies and kittens and much more to Chatan Dome.   

For one set admission fee of 1,800 yen for adults (about $16) and 1,200 yen per child, enjoy as much as you want between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

A great opportunity to get out and celebrate the holiday with your kids in Okinawa.
