OKINAWA, Japan — More than 50 Kubasaki High School alumni from all over the world came together to celebrate the school’s 50th year since moving to permanent buildings in the Zukeran area.

The American Forces Network (AFN) will honor service members by airing the first TV awards show to recognize military heroes.  The program, featuring First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden, will pay tribute to women who serve the military community, highlight a hit movie from last year and other military themed programs.

KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members from Kadena and local Okinawa emergency agencies participated in an aircraft egress training event Oct. 29 at Kadena Air Base.

Kadena Air Base, Japan -- Alaska Air National Guardsmen from the 176th Wing, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, conducted a long-range search and rescue training exercise with Airmen here from the 31st Rescue Squadron Oct. 31, 2015, near the coast of White Beach Naval Base.
