U.S. Marines with III Marine Expeditionary Force, 3rd Marine Division, continue the tradition of the cake cutting ceremony during the Marine Corps Birthday Ball on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 2, 2019. Marines celebrate the 244th birthday by reflecting on its rich traditions through the reading of General John A. Lejeune’s birthday message and the cutting of the traditional birthday cake.
