Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) Capt. Akira Yamashita, band officer of the JGSDF 15th Brigade Band conducts at the 24th Annual Combined Concert with III Marine Expeditionary Force Band Sept. 14, 2019 at the Okinawa City Civic Center, Okinawa, Japan. The Friendship Through Music concert featured a variety of music and performances from each band while building new friendships and strengthening existing ones.
