Marine Corps Base Camp Butler participates in Oleoresin Capsaicin

U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jesula Jeanlouis, combat photographer, assigned temporary additional duty to Provost Marshal’s Office, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, participates in Oleoresin Capsaicin (OC) spray as part of a Security Augmentation Force (SAF) qualification event on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, April 14, 2017. The SAF Marines are required to receive level one OC contamination in order to know how to properly function and provide security while being affected by the spray.
