MCIPAC commanding general signs the Child Abuse Prevention proclamation

April is designated as child abuse prevention month to raise awareness and to prevent child abuse. The proclamation calls upon military community members, advocacy and treatment agencies, religious organizations, law enforcement agencies and medical facilities to increase their participation in efforts to prevent child abuse.
