During fiscal 2018, bank-issued credit card processing expenses at Camp Foster Exchange facilities cost the military community $2,340,041, a $147,239 increase from 2017. Camp Foster Exchange earnings support critical Quality-of-Life programs, including Military Child Development Centers and Fitness Centers.
