KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Antoinio Arnold, 18th Operation Support Squadron chief of intel readiness, delivers a speech in Japanese during the 2018 JAAGA Awards Ceremony January 31, 2019, at Naha Air Base, Japan. Arnold was recognized for his outstanding skills in a Japan-U.S. defense conference, the Bilateral Leadership Officer Group and the Koku-Jieitai English Competition.
