at 3:45 p.m.. Dolphin has weakened into a Category 1-equivalent system and Okinawa should still see gusty winds and heavy rain through the weekend.

At 3 p.m. Saturday, Dolphin was about 160 miles west-northwest of Kadena Air Base, tracking northwest at 7 mph, holding steady with 90-mph sustained winds and 115-mph gusts at the center. Read more at stripes.com.
