U.S. Army Opens ACAP Center in Okinawa

On 29 May, USAR-J CG, MG James C. Boozer, Sr. and USAG-J Commander, COL Joy Curriera joined the USAG Okinawa Command Team, unit representatives and guests at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the first ACAP Center in Okinawa. The new center is located in bldg 216 on Torii Station and boasts 24 work stations and VTC capabilities to assist Soldiers and their families as they transition from the Army and into civilian life. ACAP is a lasting image of the Army that Soldiers take with them and contributes to Army recruiting. ACAP is all about setting Soldiers up for success, Soldiers make informed decisions using ACAP services.
