U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa Commander, Lt. Col. Zachary B. Hohn, hosted a Local Key Leaders Luncheon at CJ's Sunset Grill here at Torii Station, with ward chiefs from neighboring districts, Sobe, Oki, Toguchi and Osoe June 7.

The purpose of this engagement is to develop stronger relationships between U.S. Army Garrison and the local communities. It was also a great opportunity to introduce incoming USAG Okinawa Commander, Lt. Col. Joel P. Gleason, who will be assuming command June 20.

Since it was the final luncheon with Hohn, the ward chiefs expressed their appreciation and presented him with several pieces of pottery made in Yomitan Village.
