VIDEO| Speakin’ Japanese: Drink responsibly!
Drinking alcohol is fun, as long as we drink responsibly. But if we drink too much, it can cause big problems. So next time we have drink, let’s keep in mind this phrase:
“Osake wa hodo hodo ni shimasho”, which means, “Let’s drink in moderation.”
(“Osake” – alcohol, “Hodo Hodo Ni” – in moderation, “Shimasho” – Let’s ~)
You can also say “Osake no nomisugi ni chuui shimasho, which means “Let’s be careful not to drink too much.
(“Nomisugi” – too much drinking, “Chuui shimasho” – Let’s be careful)
Ok, stay safe and see you all in the next episode of Speakin’ Japanese!
