“Karada wo ugokashi mashou”, which means “Let’s do some exercise.”

Stay in shape and practice your Japanese with this phrase!

 

“Karada wo ugokashi mashou” = Let’s do some exercise.

(“Karada” – body, “Ugokashi mashou” – Let’s move/exercise

 

Repeat after me: Karada wo ugokashi mashou.
