If you’re like me and working from home, you may find yourself working too hard and forgetting to take a break.

All work and no breaks isn’t good for your health!  Be sure to take break before you get exhausted.

Today's Japanese phrase is:

Kyuukei shimasho = Let's take a break!

("kyuukei" = a break, "shimasho" = Let's do/take)

Pronounced: Queue-kay she-mash-oh

This is also a great expression to tell your kids or loved ones who may be schooling or working from home with you, too! Give it a try.

Stay safe and KYUUKEI SHIMASHO!
