VMM-262, HMLA-369 fly to Ie Shima for combined training

1st Marine Aircraft Wing

Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, prepare a MV-22B Osprey helicopter for a combined training event with various III Marine Expeditionary Force units on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 13, 2020. The combined training event took place on Ie Shima Island off the coast of Okinawa, Japan. Combined training events reinforce the shared commitment of combat readiness, operational flexibility and lethality throughout III MEF.
