What: TELL’s month-long nationwide 2023 Step-Up Challenge
Where: Anywhere in Japan or in the world
When: September 10, 2023 (World Suicide Prevention Day) through October 10, 2023 (World Mental Health Day)
Why: Raise awareness for suicide prevention and mental health
How: Take 21,811 steps by yourself or with a team, anywhere in the world, with this special 30-day time window, in honor of the 21,811 people who lost their lives to suicide in Japan in 2022. More info to come.
