CLR-37 Marines conduct NCO PME

3rd Marine Logistics Group

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Dani DeCarlo, a finance technician with Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG), and Syracuse, New York native, illustrates a diagram during an interactive Professional Military Education (PME) workshop on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 10, 2020. Enlisted PMEs provide a continuum of education for enlisted Marines, lance corporal through sergeant major, to improve leadership skills, sharpen critical and creative thinking skills, and deepen Marines' understanding of warfighting concepts in distributed and joint environments. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III Marine Expeditionary Force's comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
