KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Nathaniel West, 18th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, cleans an F-15 Eagle engine bay compartment, Jan. 18, 2019, on Kadena Air Base, Japan. The F-15 Eagle is powered by two turbofan engines that are capable of producing 23,450 pounds of thrust per engine.
