Kadena AB: FARP tryouts test Airmen resolve

U.S. Air Force Airman Marcos Huerta-Pineda, 18th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels hydrant operator, holds a 100 pound hose bundle overhead during tryouts for the Forward Area Refueling Point team at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Oct. 21, 2022. The trials are designed to push Airmen beyond their exhaustion point, allowing the FARP team to effectively identify candidates with the potential to withstand the rigors of special operations missions.
