KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. David Eaglin, 18th wing commander, smiles as he performs pre-flight checks on an F-15C Eagle at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Nov. 17, 2022. The U.S. is committed to conducting exercises with partners and Allies, and will continue to send the most advanced military forces to the region to ensure the peace and security of the Indo-Pacific.
