Lt. j.g. Taliyah Wade acts as master of ceremonies during the 79th Medical Service Corps (MSC) birthday celebration at the behavioral and public health building, U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Chatan, Japan, Aug. 4, 2026. The MSC was established on Aug. 4, 1947, which enacted a permanent commissioned corps to fulfill medical support duties: including healthcare administration, healthcare sciences, and as clinical care providers.
