The Okinawa International Carnival returns Nov. 22 to Gate 2 Street and Koza Music Town.

Since its launch in 1993, this carnival has been celebrating the host municipality of Kadena Air Base and Camp Foster, where people from more than 60 countries live.

The programs include a parade, samba carnival, urban sports, live music performance by the III MEF Band and Lester Middle School, and more.

Traffic restrictions will be in place during the festival on and around Gate 2 Street.
