The old year has gone. I feel totally refreshed in the air of the New Year!

Let’s exchange our first greetings of the new year in Japanese.

Today's Japanese phrase is: “Akemashite omedeto gozaimasu!" = A happy new year!

("akemashite" = at the beginning of new year, "omedeto"= congraturations, ".. gozaimasu" = there is / it is)

I hope the new year will give you nothing but good things! Let’s keep practicing Japanese!

Stay safe and “Akemashite omedeto gozaimasu!”
