Chinese Cold Noodle with Pork

Ingredients (Serves 2)

・Pork (1cm sliced, cut into thin blocks)・Cucumber, tomato, thin fried-egg, bean sprouts, lettuce, red pickled ginger・Noodle and Sauce for Chinese Cold Noodle for 2 people. Directions:

1. Cut pork into thin blocks and heat them in a micro-wave oven for 30 sec.

2. Boil both noodle and bean spout. Cucumber, tomato, thin fried egg must be cut into thin and slenderly. Place noodle first on the soup plate then as a topping, put bean sprouts, cucumber, tomato, fried-egg, lettuce, red ginger and pork on top of the noodle completely coving the noodle.

3. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables and its ready!

Crispy Pork and Eggs

Ingredients (Serves 1)

・Pork(3 slices of pork, 5mm - 1cm thick)・vegetable oil・eggs(4) Directions:

1. Fry the sliced pork on the frying pan for both sides until they get crispy. 2. Remove the pork and put some vegetable oil on the pan.Put beaten egg and make fried egg.

3. Place the pork and egg in a plate. And it's ready!

Pork Curry

Ingredients (Serves 2)

・Pork (cut them into your favorite size)・Carrots, onions, potatoes, your choice of curry roux・Vegetable oil, milk, water Directions:

1. Heat vegetable oil in a stew pan. Then, put carrots, onions, potatoes, and pork, and fry them.

2. Pour some water and simmer. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the stove and put the curry roux into the pan. 3. Cook rice. When the rice is ready, serve with the curry on the top.

* Cut the pork into "stars" or "hearts" shapes to make your kids happy!

Pork Fry

Ingredients (Serves 2)

・Pork (1/2 can, 5mm slice)・Dissolved egg (1 egg)・Flour・Crumbs of bread・Slice cheese・Frying oil

Directions:

1. Place cheese between two slice of pork. Put flour on the surface of pork with cheese, then put egg on it and then put crumbs of bread thoroughly. 2. Deep fry it with the temperature of about 160°-180°until its color turns brown. ※ It's good to put into children's lunch box!
