Students from Bechtel Elementary School poses for a photo during a cultural exchange Halloween event with the Kawasaki Elementary School hosted by the Bechtel Elementary School Advisory Committee at the Kawasaki Community Center, Okinawa, Japan, on Oct. 27, 2021. Students from Bechtel Elementary School and other volunteers individually wrapped goodie bags filled with an array of treats that were then distributed to the Kawasaki local community.
