Try this phrase to help you and others remember and stick to resolutions.
“Anata no shinnen no houfu wa nan-desuka?” which means “What is your New Year’s resolution?”
(“Anata” – you, “no” – of, “Shinnen” – new year, “houfu” – resolution, “wa” – a particle to indicate a subject, “nan-desuka?” – what is ～?)
