MANGILAO, Guam – Quarterback Braden Flinn rushed 10 yards for Guam High’s lone touchdown in a losing cause, as the Panthers fell 30-6 Friday to surprising Southern in Guam football’s third-place game.

With the defeat, the Panthers finished 4-5 overall this season, with two straight defeats following a three-game winning streak that got Guam High into the playoffs. The Panthers were island runners-up the last two seasons.

Flinn rushed six times for 47 yards and was 6-for-21 for 98 yards passing with one interception. Noah Harris had 79 yards on 14 rushing attempts for the Panthers.
