U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Michael Moore, retired sergeant major of 7th Communication Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, gives a speech during the 7th Comm. Bn. Sgt. Maj. Relief and Appointment ceremony at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 24, 2025. During the ceremony, Moore transferred the office of the sergeant major to Sgt. Maj. Valadez. Moore retired after 24 years of honorable service.
