YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Kody Kross, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) heavy equipment operator, directs an excavator during a Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery exercise at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Aug. 22, 2024.
