U.S. Navy Capt. Robert Hall, a chaplain and religious program specialist seaman apprentice Luna Kaer, both with Headquarters Battalion, 3d Marine Division, cut a cake during a ceremony to honor the Navy’s 247th Birthday at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 13, 2022.
