Soldier Spotlight: Spc. Andrew Khalil, combat medic on the Landing Craft Utility 2022 boat is responsible for the health of a 15 Soldier crew. During his time on board he screened soldiers daily keeping a log documenting the crew’s body temperatures.

"I like helping the crew out keeping them heathy to do their jobs," said Khalil.

Due to the efforts of Khalil and following CDC guidelines the crewmembers are heathy and able to perform their jobs.

Khalil went on to say about joining the Army, "I wanted to do something meaningful and serve my Country, it's been good coming out here seeing Japan and sailing.

Thank you Spc. Khalil you're doing a great job!
