Lord of the Tengan Race

(Lord of the Tengan Race)

During the winter months, some runners may take time off or take their exercise indoors, but the weather is starting to warm up in time for the Lord of the Tengan 5K/10K Race on Camp Courtney.

According to Runner’s World, 7 to 15 °C (roughly 44.6 to 59 °F) is the perfect temperature to get in a good run. Fortunately, with an average of around 17 °C (62.6 °F) expected in February, the sub-tropical island should lend itself for a great race day on Feb. 9.

Register now at IronWorks Fitness Center on base before the Feb. 5 deadline.
