Festival season in Okinawa continues with the rock ballads of We The Kings headlining the Camp Schwab Festival.

The weekend festival will be held April 5-6, with Florida rock band known for hits like “Check Yes Juliet” and “Just Keep Breathing” taking the stage at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Other fun activities planned include MCCS Fun Land rides, food trucks, vendors, a military static display, fireworks and more. A car show is scheduled for Sunday.

DOD ID card holders, Japanese nationals and American nationals are allowed to attend.

Mark your calendar and get ready to head north for an unforgettable celebration.

Camp Schwab Festival

  • Date: April 5-6 (Sat. and Sun.)

  • Time: 1 – 9 p.m.

  • Location: Camp Schwab’s BeachHead parking lot

Japanese nationals should bring photo ID and use Gate 5. Shuttle buses are available from Gate 5 to the festival site.

Alcohol, pets, glass bottles, coolers and large bags are prohibited.
