Camp Hansen: Costume Contest, Macabre Music, Horror Movie Trivia and Finger Foods Date: Oct. 28 (Fri) Time: 8 p.m. - 2 a.m. Location: The Palms Open to all ranks, ages 18–undead.

MCAS Futenma Freaky Fridays Date: Oct. 28 (Fri) Time: 5 - 9 p.m. Location: Habu Pit SNCO Lounge The winner of the costume contest will receive a one-night stay at Grand Blue Tokashiki.

Camp Courtney Fright Night Date: Oct. 28 (Fri) Time: 5 - 10 p.m. SNCO and Civilian equivalents can hang out at Hashmarks for complimentary food from 5–7 p.m. and a costume contest beginning at 9 p.m. NCO and Civilian equivalents can head to Bayview for complimentary food from 7–9 p.m. with the costume contest starting at 10 p.m.

Courtney Festival Date: Oct. 29-30 (Sat & Sun) Time: 1 - 9 p.m. Get ready to party this weekend at the Camp Courtney Festival! Check out this awesome lineup of entertainment including performances by dance groups and street performers. And don’t forget to nosh on food favorites from Chef Shack, La Cocina, 305 Latin Bistro, Hickory House All-American BBQ and many more. Don’t miss out on the hot headline entertainment featuring Kaitlin Walker, Bryce Vine and Ayron Jones.

Courtney Festival is FREE and open to SOFA ID card holders, Japanese and American citizens. Access to Courtney Festival for SOFA personnel and vendors and will be via Gate #13; Non-SOFA access will be through Gate #12 only. Do not bring pets, glass bottles, outside alcohol or coolers. As always, MCCS encourages everyone to drink responsibly; don't drink and drive! Daiko and taxi services will be available.

CLR-37 Trunk or Treat Date: Oct. 29 (Sat) Time: 5 – 7 p.m. Location: Surfside Back Parking Lot, Camp Kinser An annual trunk or treat hosted by Combat Logistics Regiment 37 (CLR 37) on Camp Kinser featuring a trunk decorating contest with a chance to win a prize. Bring lots of candies, and arrive at the Surfside back parking no later than 4 p.m., one hour before the event starts at 5 p.m. Register here.

USO Schwab Trunk or Treat Date: Oct 29 (Sat) Time: 4 p.m. - *An annual Trunk or Treat to be presented by the USO and Camp Schwab. Registration is expected to be announced early October on USO Okinawa’s Facebook page.

Spooky Town 2022 Date: Oct. 29 (Sat) Time: 3 – 7 p.m. Location: Schilling Community Center, Kadena Air Basea This event is scheduled to feature “tent or treat,” live performances, fun zone, and canopy-decorating contest and more. For more info, check out here.

Haunted Village Date: Oct. 29 (Sat) Time: 6:30 – 9 p.m. Location: Okuma Beach Back again this year, the Haunted Village at Okuma Beach will also have a costume contest to bring some chilling fun. There will also be a movie night on Friday, Oct. 28, starting 7 p.m. And don’t forget to stop by Surfside Lounge and show your hair-raising moves on the dance floor.
