Fall is a busy season for festival goers in Okinawa. Even when Halloween is in the rearview window, you still have some big parties coming up.

Come Saturday Nov. 2, USAG Okinawa Fall Fest will make its way back to the Army installation in Yomitan Village.

This autumn event features live DJs, entertainment, bounce houses, local crafts, and more. SOFA ID Cardholders, American and Japanese citizens will have access to this open-gate event.

Although the autumn season in Okinawa will not let you enjoy the crimson foliage like people do in mainland Japan, this family-friendly festival will be an opportunity for a beach party in the fall to make the most of the semi-tropical climate.

Let’s mark the calendar and hit the autumn beach.
