OKINAWA

()

Although summer may be over, in Okinawa the temperature is still pretty warm.

Let’s try this phrase: “Madamada Atsui Desune” which means “It’s still pretty hot, isn’t it?”

Repeat after me: “Madamada Atsui Desune” (“Mada/Madamada” - sill/yet, “Astui” - hot, “Desune”- isn’t it?)

If you live on the mainland Japan and if you feel the temperature is too cool for this, you can say, “Suzushiku Natte Kimashitane”, which means “it’s getting cool, isn’t it.”

Ok, stay safe and see you in the next episode of speaking Japanese.
