Black bottom cupcakes make the world go-round!
Ingredients:
Cake
1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 cup water
⅓ cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Filling
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine and beat together all cake ingredients
Fill cupcake papers ½ full
Combine and beat together the filling ingredients
Spoon 2 tbsp of filling on top of cake batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes
Tip: A toothpick will come out of the chocolate cake part clean when finished.
